About
A practical, people-centered leader.I bring technical depth, calm judgment, and a commitment to making complicated work understandable.
My approach
My career has been shaped by a simple belief: technology creates lasting value when people understand it, trust it, and can use it well.
Good leadership requires context, listening, clear priorities, and the ability to bring people along. I value calm over noise, clarity over jargon, and sustainable systems over quick fixes.
I aim to create an environment where talented people can do excellent work, leaders can make informed decisions, and technology serves the organization rather than distracting from it.

Trussville is part of both my personal and professional story. Participating in Leadership Trussville is an opportunity to better understand the community’s institutions, connect with fellow leaders, and contribute with greater intention. I see it as a natural extension of servant leadership: learn the community, build durable relationships, and be useful where you can.
Member of the IT Program Advisory Committee at my high school alma mater, helping guide career and technical education curriculum, workforce readiness, and student technology pathways.
Serving on the board of directors, supporting youth athletic programs, teamwork, sportsmanship, and active community recreation for local families.
Serving as a deacon, supporting congregational life, practical care, and community ministry across the greater Birmingham area.
